Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Due to the hygienic nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will prioritise resolving the issue with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
